McComb Property Company was founded in 1998 by Michael McComb. We operate in multiple property sectors including office and retail, residential and student accommodation. McComb Property Company is an RICS registered firm and one of the largest independent commercial landlords in Merseyside and West Lancashire and has a property portfolio that includes many blue chip tenants.
We own and manage the largest portfolio of private student halls & apartments in Ormskirk and all of our modern, purpose-built developments are in superb locations within walking distance of Edge Hill University and Ormskirk town centre. McComb Students are accredited members of the National Code which ensures compliance with the highest standards of accommodation and management. We are led by a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors which has thorough regulation to ensure professional standards.
Our strategy encompasses sustainable business growth and currently we have more than £100 million worth of investments on-going across different property markets. We operate with extremely high standards, which allows us to generate value across our developments.
In addition to more than 35 years of successful property development, Michael was also the founder of The Mobile Phone Store, a company that grew to be the second largest retailer in Europe before its acquisition by O2 Telefonica. Michael is one the founder trustees of the Marina Dalglish Cancer Appeal.
Emma is a qualified chartered accountant and joined McComb Property Company in 2016 as Michael McComb’s personal assistant.
Paul is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and also received his Master’s degree from the London School of Economics in Real Estate Economics and Finance.
Eleana is a qualified chartered accountant and joined McComb Property Company in 2008.
